Can The Base For The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Be Installed Backwards

BandW Companion BWRVK3305 base installation 2022 F450 with factory Puck System, after installing the uprights for 1 inch in front of the axle, can the base be turned around in the bed to give either 1 inch or 3 inch in front of the axle without having to change the uprights?

No, the base of the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305 was only designed to face one way. You will need to remove the pivot arms and change their placement to gain the clearance you're needing.
