How Does Erickson Lever Action Cargo Bar Stay in Place
Updated 03/23/2020 | Published 03/21/2020 >
Question:
This cargo bar doesn’t seem to ratchet into place. How does it tighten up? I wouldn’t think that just extending it then locking it into place would do much.

While the Erickson Lever Action Cargo Bar # 08907 doesn't have a ratcheting system, if you check out the attached video you can see that when the lever is lowered, the bar actually extends a little more. So once you have the bar extended to the side of your bed there will be additional force put in place to help keep the cargo bar stable.
