Our price for the Trailer Valet RVR5 (our part number is # TVRVR5 ) is listed on the product page which I've linked for you.
To determine the driveway slope, get a carpenter's level and lay it on the driveway. On the low side, pick up that end (leaving the other end touching the driveway) and slowly raise it until it's level. Then, measure downward from the high end of the level until you touch the driveway. To find the slope, divide the height from the ground to the level by the length of the level. Say for instance that your level is 3 feet long and the distance from the end of the level downward to the pavement is 6 inches (a half of a foot). This would give you .1667, or a 16.7% slope which would be around a 9-1/2 degree angle.
The # TVRVR5 can handle slopes of up to 5 degrees, you can use Google to convert the percentage slope you get to degrees, just Google 'Find degree Slope From Percentage'.
To determine your trailer's tongue weight, a tongue weight scale like # e99044 would come in handy. There are also a few other methods of finding out the tongue weight, I'll link you to an article that explains how to do this.
I've also linked you to a product demonstration video for the # TVRVR5.
