I believe you are referring to the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57575 for the 2007 GMC Sierra 2500. There is not a specific PSI per LB of weight when it comes to the Air Lift springs. They can be adjusted between 5-100 PSI. I recommend to fill them until your setup is level but do not exceed 100 PSI.
It it easier to use a compressor if you do not already have one I recommend to take a look at the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL74000. This will allow you to adjust the air inside or outside the cab with the wireless remote.
