Will Curt Front Hitch 31042 fit 1999 GMC K2500 3/4 Ton with 30.5 inches Between Holes

Question:
I am a bit confused. You say this hitch will not fit a 34inch frame, but will fit a frame with tow hook holes that are 30 1/2 inches from center to center. I measured the frame on my GMC at the end of frame where the tow hooks are mounted and it was 34inch outside to outside. I also measured the holes where the tow hooks are mounted and the extra slot behind the tow hooks and they measured 30 1/2 inches center to center. My truck is a 1999 GMC K2500 3/4 ton, 4 wheel drive, SLE, old body style with long bed, and extended cab 2 door. Will the Curt 31042 fit this vehicle? Thanks!

Since you measured the bolt hole dimensions on your 1999 GMC K2500 and they came out to the correct dimension of 30-1/2 inches for the front hitch part # 31042 this hitch would fit and work great.
