TheFlash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 10" Drop, 11" Rise - 12K # FA49-00-5900 would be an excellent choice for an adjustable ball mount for your Ford truck with a 6 inch lift as long as you'd only ever need up to a 10 inch drop.
If you are unsure how much drop you'd need check out the help article I attached that details how and where to measure to get the amount needed.
