What is Difference Between ETBC7 and 30717 7-Way Adapters

Thx for the link, so basically the more expensive one comes with a lot of un necessary parts as the cheap one works fine without having to mount 3 fuses next to the battery.

The install kit part # ETBC7 comes with essentially a # 30717 plus everything else needed to complete the install of a brake controller. The # 30717 basically just is a 4-way to 7-way adapter and does not come with anything else needed to install a brake controller which explains the easier install and lower price.
