The spindle part # TRU27FR would require a hub designed to fit BTR spindles like the part # AKIHUB-545-2-2K. Then you could use up to a 12 inch diameter wheel and tire combo with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern like the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM30740 and you'd be set.
