Yes the Saris Bones 2 Bike Carrier # SAR83FR is confirmed to fit your 2019 Subaru Forester. If you need to carry any kid's, women's or alternative frame bikes that don't have a top tube I recommend the Malone Bike Adapter Bar # MPG2165. This gives you a temporary top tube for the bike so it has something to mount on the rack.
