Does Progressive Dynamics RV Power Center Draw Power From Shore Power and Battery At Same Time

Question:
When hooked up to sure power and a battery does unit send power through the converter to the battery then to the panel or will it bypass the battery and go straight from converter to 12v panel? Will the unit work when connected to sure power to powers the 12v and there is no battery?

When the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel # PD4560K18LS8 is connected to shore power and a battery it will draw power from the shore power source while charging the battery. If there was no battery present and was connected to shore power it would still work by just drawing shore power.
