IS THERE A HARDWARE KIT FOR THIS END CAP. THERE ARE 2 BRASS THREADED BUSHINGS MOLDED INTO THE ENCAP. THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED CONTAIND NO MOUNTIN HAEDWARE?

There is not hardware included with the Westin Replacement End Caps # 80-0221 or # 80-0220 so you will need to source that hardware locally. You will want to use a #8-18x.50" Phillips head screw, which you should be able to obtain from any local hardware store.
