You can use the Curt RV Bumper Hitch # C19101 to tow your trailer and Polaris Razor, but you do need to ensure you are within a number of capacities. The hitch itself has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 350 lb tongue weight capacity so your trailer needs to fall within those numbers.
Additionally, you need to contact the manufacturer of your toy hauler to ensure the bumper can handle towing as it may not be designed for that much stress. This could lead to a very dangerous situation for yourself and others on the road.
I have added a link to video reviews as well as the installation instructions for you to check out as well of the Curt RV Bumper Hitch # C19101.
