Coupler Hinge Kit that Can Fit on 8 inch Trailer Frame Channel

Question:
I only have 8 inches of tongue behind the coupler where the swing kit goes so is there any demensions difference in the weld on and the bolt on? Which one do I need?

You could fit the weld-on Fulton hinge kit part # FHDPW330300 on your trailer that has 8 inches of frame channel length from behind the coupler to the beginning of the A-frame. This is overall 7-1/2 inches in length so it would easily fit the available area you have.
