The correct Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for a 2018 Ram 2500 is part # C16427. Please note, you must have Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails in order to use the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit otherwise you will need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16427-204.
The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit part # C16420 will not fit.
