Item #P49833, I have plastic bed rail liner on the top of the bed rail, I want to keep them on, will these fit over and into the pocket .thank you

Yes, as long as the bed rail covers don't obstruct the opening of the stake pockets the Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rail Covers # P49833 will work well. At worst you may have to trim the bed rail cover.
