Question:
Will I need a resistor to avoid hyper flashing converting to these led lights?

Helpful Expert Reply:
On trailer wiring it is not necessary to use resistors when converting to LED like with the Optronrics LED trailer light part # STL82RCB. Trailer wiring circuits do not depend on having a specific amount of resistance on the circuit for the thermal flasher unit to activate like the vehicle turn signals do. Basically as long as the vehicle's flasher unit is working properly the trailer wiring turn signals will too as they are not dependent on them.
