Is Bushing of Yates Keel Roller for Boat Trailers # YR10000 Removable

Hello,would like to know if the white bushing can be removed if so what is the inside diameter Thank you

I've had this question before and have tried to remove the inner bushings/endcaps of the Keel Rollers like the part # YR10000 and they do not come out. If you check out the picture I attached you can see that the white roller end cap does not actually run the length of the roller and actually just fits into the ends of the roller.
This is designed to fit a 5/8 inch diameter roller shaft.
