The BAK Revolver X4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black part # BAK79602 that you have asked about weighs in at just over 70 lbs. including the rails. As far as carrying a load on the top of it it is rated for up to 400 lbs. of evenly distributed weight. Think of snow sitting on top of the cover and how it is all spread out. If you were to put 180 lbs. in a very small area you run the risk damaging the cover so please keep this in mind. You will want to ensure you evenly spread the weight out.

With that said I really like the Revolver X4! I like the security and protection that it offers it has tabs that lock it the full length down each side which is far superior to a lot of others that just get secured in one or two spots. This combined with a locking tailgate and you created a quite secure area to keep things secure and out of the elements.
