Will this fit my 2006 ford ranger?

We have really great universal towing mirrors like the CIPA part # CM11980-2 which we know fits Ford Rangers really well as we have test fit them and used them on a Ranger. Check out the install/review video I attached for this on a Ranger just like yours. The mirrors you mentioned would not fit.
