Sounds like you are asking if it's possible to flat tow your 2014 Nissan Altima. I did some research on your vehicle and the only way it can be towed is with a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 due to the CVT transmission the vehicle has.
The advantage to a tow dolly is it's about the same price as a flat towing setup, takes MUCH less install time, and easily transferred to future vehicles as well.
