I have a 2020 Toyota trd Sequoia and was wondering how well this works over the sunroof or if you have another suggestion?

The Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails # SPS5060-1101 will work fine on your 2020 Toyota Sequoia TRD, mounting on the factory raised rails above your sunroof.

We would not recommend using your sunroof while it's mounted however as the wind noise generated by roof racks with the sunroof open will make this combination less practical. It's still a great solution for carrying gear on top of your vehicle while the sunroof is closed.
