I have a 2020 Toyota Tacoma that has the bed rail option. What ladder rack is recommended?

The right ladder rack will depend on what you're wanting to use it for. If you're mounting this on something that's strictly a work truck, you won't need any height adjustment so something like the Thule TracRac TracONE with its 800 lb capacity, part # TH27000XTB-XK4B for Black or # TH27000XT-XK4 for sliver would work perfectly. Either rack kit would mount using the bed rails you mentioned, and wouldn't require any drilling for installation.

If you also have a crossover toolbox, you'll want the TracRac TracONE rack with the toolbox mounts, # TH27000XTB-501 for black or # TH27000XT-501 for silver.

If you also use the truck for adventures on the weekend and something with adjustable height interests you, so you could install a cargo tray like the Yakima OffGrid # Y07138, I'd recommend the Yakima OverHaul HD, part # Y01151-5868. The cargo tray features crossbars that are close enough together that just about any roof mounted bike, ski or watersport carrier would work.
