Correct, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C55307 is a confirmed fit for a 2005 Toyota RAV4. The Curt T-Connector simply plugs in behind the tail light housings making for a plug and play installation. I have attached a sample install video for you as well.
In order to complete your towing setup you will also need a trailer hitch and ball mount/hitch ball if you don't already have them, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13524 and Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 are both options that I highly recommend.
