I just got a 2020 Honda Pilot and we need a trailer hitch to tow our camper. What do you recommend and what else would I need?

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda Pilot is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13146. The Curt hitch is a direct bolt-on fit that is super easy to install, only three bolts per side taking most only 30-40 minutes to install with just very basic hand tools required.

The Curt hitch has a hidden design which means you don't have to look at a bulky cross tube on the rear of the vehicle because it is hidden behind the rear bumper. This makes for the cleanest install look as well as the best ground clearance.

In order to complete your towing setup you will need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118286 is a plug-n-play option that provides a 7-way connection point but we also have part # 118760 for a 4-way as well. If you end up with the 7-way then odds are you need a brake controller as well. The Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller part # C51180 is a plug-n-play option that doesn't require drilling into the dash like others would and it's easy to use since your phone controls it.
