Question:
Is there a dual ball replacement with a 1-7/8inch and 2inch balls?
asked by: Eugene
Expert Reply:
The Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount and the replacement dual hitch ball replacements are only available in 2" and 2 5/16".
Curt has a 3 ball adjustable ball mount that has a 1 7/8", 2" and 2 5/16" ball, the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount # D900. It fits 2" receiver tubes, and has a maximum rise of 5-3/4", and maximum drop of 4" for a lot of adjustment to level out your trailer. The weight ratings are going to be determined by which ball is being used.
Gross towing capacities:
1-7/8" Ball: 6,000 lbs
2" Ball: 7,500 lbs
2-5/16" Ball: 10,000 lbs
Tongue weight capacities:
1-7/8" Ball: 600 lbs
2" Ball: 750 lbs
2-5/16" Ball: 1,000 lb
I linked the parts, and attached a few videos as well.
