Can i use these with the Blue Ox 88296 adapters?

Absolutely, the InfiniteRule Locking Pin # 34065024 is 7/8" in diameter, the inside pin length/span is 3" and the overall length is 3-7/8". It has a safe working load limit of 10,000 lbs and a shear strength rating up to 27,000 lbs, so it will work on the # BX88357 adapter (previously BX88296).
I really like the adapter lugs, it makes it so easy to hook up, and it prevents from having to get a base plate if your already have an off-road bumper with 7/8" lug pins. I linked the parts and a few videos for you to check out.
