Trying to get my 2020 F-250 with a long bed ready for towing a 5th wheel trailer. I'm looking to add a fifth wheel hitch and a camera system but I'm not really sure what to get because there are a lot of options out there.

I'd be more than happy to help you find the best equipment for 5th wheel towing with your 2020 Ford F-250!
For a 5th wheel hitch I recommend using the B&W Companion because it combines 1" dual jaws, a cam-action latching system, and a fully articulating head for arguably the best 5th wheel hitch on the market. If you have the pucks then you can use either the 20K # BWRVK3300 or the 25K # BWRVK3305 which both install directly to the pucks, but if you don't have the pucks we have the Companion # BWRVK3500-5W which installs in the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1116-5W.
We have a few different options for cameras and it all depends on what exactly you're looking for. If you are thinking something for the truck bed that would help you hitch up to your trailer then I have attached a link to our selection for your F-250. However if you're looking for a complete camera system that installs on your trailer then I recommend the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-776614-213 which gives you a 7" monitor, 2 cameras, and a trailer tow quick connect/disconnect kit so that it's easy to connect your trailer after the system is installed.
