Is 2019 Ford Ranger with Blind Spot Information System Compatible with Curt Echo Brake Controller

Hi, I have a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT with the BLIS Blind Spot Information System. I have read reviews of the Curt Echo that say that it will impair the operations of the system and that you cant use the blind spot system. Can you advise?

The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 is compatible with a 2019 Ford Ranger's BLIS (blind spot information system). However, it is NOT compatible with a 2019 Ranger that has the Smart Trailer Tow option. The Smart Trailer is mostly an alert about connection via the 7-way on your Ranger and is not connected with the BLIS.
So yes, your 2019 Ranger is absolutely able to use the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.
