Question:
Can you recommend a hitch riser to go with this model hitch that will fit and clear the bumper so I can have a cargo carrier above the exhaust so nothing will melt? Thank You

When the Curt hitch part # C13420 is installed on a vehicle like your 2020 Kia Telluride the height of the hitch opening is right about the same height as the exhaust. So your best option would be a cargo carrier with a rise built into the shank.
The carrier with the most rise is the enclosed/walled carrier with 5-1/2 inches of rise with the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier part # M2205 which has 5-1/2 inches of rise built into it.
If you are looking for a flat carrier there are two options.
The 24 X 60 Reese #63153 has a shank rise of 2-1\2 inches and the 24 X 60 etrailer carrier # e98874 has a shank rise of 2 inches. Additionally the etrailer carrier sits 19-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the carrier. This might help with your exhaust issue. You would also need to verify that you have at least 9-1/2
inches clearance if you want to use it in the folded position.
These are all better than the hitch adapters hitch adapters end up adding quite a bit of movement to the hitch setup and they also end up reducing the hitch's capacity by 50 percent.
