Both the Timbren # TTORTUN4 and SumoSprings # SSR-610-54 that you mentioned for your 2020 Toyota Tundra are jounce-style springs but the main difference between the two options is their actual construction, and subsequently the ride quality they will provide depending on your actual application.
The SumoSprings # SSR-610-54 springs are made up of microcellular urethane, which offers a softer compression than the more durable, and thus rigid Aeon hollow rubber springs on the Timbren # TTORTUN4. The physical difference between the two can be pretty easily seen just when looking at their capacities, as the SumoSprings system features a 2,800 pound limit while the Timbrens offer a much higher 6,000 pound capacity.
So the difference between the two as it relates to choosing your best option is really going to come down to your actual hauling or towing plans. If you aren't going to be pushing the limits of your Tundra and think that you will just occasionally have a loaded bed or a hooked up trailer, I think the SumoSprings are the better option. It will give you the needed support while also offering a smoother ride.
If, however, you plan to pretty regularly have a bed full of heavy cargo/supplies or plan to tow often, the Timbrens will be your best bet for superior load support and reduced rear sag on the Tundra.
I have attached a couple short video reviews on these products below that you can also check out.
