Looks like you've got the hard part out of the way with the base plate installed already. For the tow bar that connects the Sportage to your Aerbus use Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs part # RM-522 it has plenty of capacity and is easy to unhook when you're ready beause it is non binding.
For your wiring use the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 this ties into your vehicles lighting system and will ensure that when you're flat towing your Sportage that the lights work to help indicate what your plan is and remain safe.
You will need safety cables and the Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables - 8,000 lbs part # RM-645 are heavy enough for your Sportage and easy to use.
As for the braking system goes you can do portable or permanent for the portable option I like the Blue Ox Patriot II Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System - Proportional part # BLU37TR. This will install in the floorboard when you flat tow and will apply the brakes according to how the coach is braking.
For the permanent option you can't beat the SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes - Proportional part # SM99243. This is the best permanent system for coaches with air brakes. It is harder to install than the Blue Ox but is always ready rather than having to put it in each time you're ready to flat tow.
I've included links to the products and videos on them to make them easy to find. Happy Travels!
