The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H410 has a speed rating of 65 mph. This is definitely the most common speed rating for this size trailer tire, but it's not a hard rule that all tires in this size carry the same rating.
We don't have anything in this Load Range D or higher that features a higher speed rating, but we do have the Load Range C Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 10" White Wheel # AM3H370 that has an 81 mph speed limit (speed rating M). This tire has a load capacity of 1,100 pounds at 50 psi so it may work for you as long as the loaded weight of your trailer falls below the combined capacity of all your tires (if you have a single axle this particular tire would provide 2,200 pounds of load capacity).
I have attached a short video review on this tire and wheel combo below that you can also check out.
