Question:
Just want to know if I can tow my 2017 front wheel drive Honda CRV on a tow Dolly

I checked with Honda and yes you can safely use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs part # RM-2050-1 to haul your 2017 Honda CR-V front wheel drive model. To activate the brakes on the dolly you will need to add Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector - Trailer End part # PK12706 this will give you a fully functional 7-way plug.
If your tow vehicle is set up with a brake controller you're in good shape and would be ready to go. If it isn't set up with one please provide me with the year make and model and I can help you find exactly what you'll need to get up and running
