I just bought a 2019 Ford F-350 and I TracRac SR that I had on my 2012 F-150 and need rails. Will these rails fit my truck? Also, what tonneau covers are compatible with the TracRac?

I have a solution for you, but the # TH21603 you referenced are designed to replace the base rails on a Nissan Crew Cab truck. Instead, you'll need to use the Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR # TH21000 in order to mount your old TracRac SR on your 2019 Ford F-350.
For a tonneau cover, the only tonneau we have confirmed to be 100% compatible with the Thule TracRac SR is the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39331. There are some other tonneaus that might work, but will potentially have some interference with the uprights on the TracRac SR. therefore we don't recommend them.
