Can Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller Install on Vehicle with Unified Tow Brake UTB-1000 Installed

Question:
Will this bluetooth controller work with the US Gear setup above? I have two vehicles I tow with my motorhome which have this installed?

The Unified Tow Brake UTB-1000 is a form of supplemental braking when flat towing a vehicle. The Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 that you referenced is a brake controller for when towing a trailer which would not work with the UTB. The UTB shouldn't need anything else to operate but instead if you are asking if you can use the Echo when towing a trailer with a tow vehicle that has a UTB installed as well the answer would be yes as the two would not compete with each other.
