Question:
The stock leaf springs on my 2018 clipper 17bh have flattened out and need to be replaced. probably cheaply made or underrated because I have never overloaded the trailer I am perfectly capable of doing the work to replace them, but have no idea how or what I should order to replace them! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

In order to get the correct replacement leaf springs, we'll need to know the capacity of the axle (most likely 3500 lbs) and the center eye to center eye length of the existing springs. To get an accurate measurement, put the trailer up on jack stands so the suspension is hanging, and get the center eye to center eye dimension.
If your measurement is closest to 23-1/8, use # e59SR. If it's closer to 25-1/8, use # e54SR or if closer to 27 inches, use # SP-210275. Each of these springs are rated for 1750 lbs apiece or 3500 lbs/axle.
If you were wanting to use an over/under conversion kit, like the # K71-385-00 you'd looked at, most 3500 lb axles are 2-3/8 inches in diameter, so if that's the case with yours you'll want to use # K71-384-00 instead.
