Draw-Tite offers a Class II # 36675 and Class III # DT82QR hitch for your 2020 RAV4.

The Class II offers about 10-3/4 inches of clearance and the Class III offers right at 10 inches. I'd typically recommend folks to with the Class III when the choice is available to take advantage of the larger tongue weight capacity and the fact that there are many more hitch mounted accessories available for a 2 inch receiver on a Class III versus the 1-1/4 found on a Class II, but if the ground clearance is of primary importance to you, the Class II would be the way to go for 3/4 of an inch more clearance.
