I have a few alternatives that would work for you. The first would involve a spare tire carrier like # C31006 installed into the receiver hitch if one's available. If you don't have one installed, you could use an adjustable width receiver hitch like # 13703. The hitch can be adjusted for frame widths ranging from 22-72 inches wide, so there isn't much it wouldn't fit.
If your rear hitch is already being used for something else, you could install a front mounted receiver like # 306-X7352 in conjunction with the # C31006 tire carrier.
If you didn't want to go with a hitch mounted solution, you could use an OEM style winch like # LC159056, assuming that there is room under the floor at the rear of the vehicle to accommodate the tire.
