I have an old Reese 16K 5th wheel hitch I want to reuse on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. What do I need? I don't have pucks

In order to reuse a Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 you will need the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails part # RP50066-58. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit is a custom fit which means there is no drilling into the frame required, just a few small holes in the truck bed which is unavoidable. The great thing about the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit in addition to the easy install is that the above bed rails give you a standard rail pattern which will allow you to use several different types of 5th wheel hitches or even a gooseneck plate if you ever decide to upgrade hitches or change trailers.

I have attached an installation video of myself installing the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit on a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 for reference. The only other thing you might want to consider is an in-bed wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56070 would have you covered and I have attached an install video of this for you as well.
