Yes. You can mount the Taylor Made Low-Profile Boat Fender Mounting Bracket # 3691010 on the aluminum rail of a pontoon boat. You would need to drill a small pilot hole in the rails and then use a slightly larger self tapping screw to install this mounting bracket on the aluminum rails of your pontoon boat.

With that being said, I believe that a better solution would be to use something like the Taylor Made Quick Knot Boat Fender Hangers # 3691098. These hangers allow you to simply wrap your fender lines around the rails and attach these to keep your fenders securely attached to the boat. These come in a pack of 4, so they would likely provide a more pocketbook friendly option for your boat, as well as something that doesn't require drilling into the rails to install.
