Question:
How much does the BWPUCP7502 weigh? 2020 F350 I am wondering if these would work with a DiamondbackHD cover? I could make my own mounting brackets if needed, the height and weight are my main concern.

Expert Reply:
The B&W Custom Headache Rack w/ LED Brake, Turn, Tail Lights # BWPUCP7502BA that you referenced weighs 142 lbs and is right at 27-1/2 inches tall. This wouldn't be my first choice for a headache rack for your 2020 Ford F-350 if the goal was to also install a tonneau cover since it wraps around the inside of the bed rails. A better choice would be the Westin HDX part # 57-8005 which installs through the top of the bed rails leaving the inside of the bed rails open for the install of a tonneau cover. This rack is also lighter at 102 lbs.
