Follow up question: I already have the NV22B in my possession. Unfortunately I sold my Jeep Wrangler and I need to utilize it for my 2019 Accord. Will the Draw Tite work with the NV22B?

Kuat actually makes a version of their Kuat NV 2.0 that fits Class I 1-1/4 inch hitches like the hitches that fit your 2019 Honda Accord such as the Curt # C11525. For that you'd just need the # NV12B and you'd be set! The reason Class III hitches aren't available for your vehicle is that Class III hitches are normally only used on higher capacity vehicles like trucks and SUVs.

Since there isn't a 2 inch hitch that fits your vehicle there won't be a way to use the NV you have now. Some people might consider using a hitch adapter like the # HTAD which converts a 1-1/4 inch hitch to a 2 inch hitch but since these adapters cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 and add movement to the setup I do not like to recommend that route. So your best option would be the 1-1/4 inch NV I mentioned previously with part # NV12B.
