2020 Fleetwood Bounder Sumosprings Would these sumosprings be used for the F53 chassis used by Fleetwood? I want to reduce the say when going over bumps. If not, can you share which kit would be appropriate.

For the rear axle on your motorhome's Ford F-53 chassis the correct SumoSprings Helper Spring kit is the part # SSR-180-54-1. I verified this with SuperSprings.
These durable high-density urethane springs will provide up to 5,600 pounds of load-leveling support and will absolutely improve your ride by reducing sway and creating a more level setup. I have attached a sample installation video below that you can also check out.
The SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-101-47-2 that you referenced are designed for certain model years of the Ford F-250/350 and won't work on your F-53 chassis.
