Yes, since the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 # AL88399 attaches only to the bottom of your 2020 Ford F-250's frame it will easily fit with the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch you have installed as well! This installs by removing the jounce bumpers that the truck has now that prevent the truck from bottoming out and installs using the same attachment holes so it would not create any interference. The bags of this kit also have internal jounce springs as well so you don't lose that feature of your suspension.
