Instead of the cumbersome straps and buckles used to attach the rack to the vehicle, the OutWay uses only 2 rubber coated straps that allow the rack to be quickly and easily installed and removed. The rack features an integrated One-Key cable lock system to deter theft of the carrier and the bikes.
