With trailer tires the method for inflating the tires is to inflate the them to the max pressure listed on sidewall when they are cold. So if you had tires that had a 110 max pressure rating listed like the # TTWPRG235R16 you'd inflate them to 110 first thing in the morning and you'd be good. There might be some minor pressure changes as they heat up but that's totally fine and you do not need to make any adjustments based on that.
