We do have a complete kit to convert your triple 7K axle trailer to an EOH setup! I recommend using the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator # HSE7K-TR1 which come with the EOH actuator, disc brake hub/rotors, and the brake line parts needed for all 3 axles. The only other parts you'll need are a junction box like # HS381-9000 and a breakaway kit like # 50-85-315 (but you should have both of these since you currently have electric brakes). The junction box gives you a 7-Way connector on your trailer and an easy way to organize all of your wiring while the breakaway kit will activate your trailer brakes in the event that your trailer comes uncoupled.
The bearings and seals should match up with what you currently have but it wouldn't hurt to double check just in case. This brake kit uses inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # 14125A, and grease seal # 10-63.

Just bought your 102"x32'24K eoh disc brake 5th wheel tandem trailer and the trailer won't recognize when the brakes are applied. Is there a relay or a way to wire around to override this problem so my brakes will work?
