Looking at the Pullrite and the Demco Hijacker which is better for my 2019 Ram 1500?

I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550034 with the custom install bed rails part # DM8552032-71 for the 2019 Ram 1500 over the Pullrite SuperGlide because of the Hijacker's built in capture plate brackets and it's height adjustability.
The Pullrite SuperGlide does require a capture plate for your king pin box which is sold separately. The capture plate restricts the king pin from turning in the fifth wheel plate while turning. The Demco Hijacker features integrated built-in brackets to stabilize the pin box so the king pin won't rotate in the hitch so there is no need to purchase any parts separately.
Also if you happen to need extra bed rail clearance with the SuperGlide you would have to attempt the adjust the height of the king pin box which is not always easy. The Demco Hijacker is designed with 3" of height adjustment for bed rail clearance.
