What hitch should I get for a bike rack and cargo carrier to use on my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV?

I highly recommend going with the EcoHitch # 306-X7359 for bike rack and cargo carrier usage on your 2019 Chevy Bolt EV because it is the only trailer hitch option that has a 2" receiver. The larger receiver means that you have access to a wider variety of bike racks and cargo carriers. Attached is an installation video for you to check out as well as a few photos of the hitch installed on a '19 Bolt EV so you can get an idea of what it looks like.

If you don't already have a bike rack I recommend the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR because it is a wheel mount bike rack that has a unique U-shaped frame which makes it easier to install a bike in the position closer to your vehicle.

Then for a cargo carrier I recommend the 22-1/2x49 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18113 simply because it only weighs in at 25 lbs which means you have the ability to load more cargo into the carrier without exceeding the weight rating of your Bolt EV.
