I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # DM8550034 with the in bed adapter part # DM6099 for the 2019 Ram 3500 with factory pucks because of the convenient auto slide feature. The Hijacker is one of the most convenienet sliding fifth wheel hitches on the market because you don't have to get out of your truck to adjust the slider when you make turns which can become inconvenient especially in city traffic. It also features a 360 degree contact with the king pin to prevent the rattling and chucking you may experience with other fifth wheel brands.
The in bed adapter part # DM6099 will drop down into the pucks of your Ram and lock into place for the Hijacker to attach to. It may seem inconvenient to use the adapter in the bed since you have the factory pucks but the auto slide feature and quality of the Hijacker far exceeds that in my opinion.
